If you are interested in purchasing a model that does not have a PayPal button, please contact me before sending payment to ensure that the piece(s) is/are still available. Payment must be received in full before I will ship the model(s). I accept payment in the form of check, money order, or PayPal (including credit cards!); my PayPal address is Checks and money orders may be held to ensure they clear.

Payment must be received in full by the agreed-upon date (generally within 10 days of sale agreement). Time payments (layaway) may be arranged for purchases of over $100.00. Time payments will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. If time payments are not completed by the agreed-upon date, I reserve the right to keep the deposit.

Models for which the price is listed as Postage Paid (ppd) include postage to the United States.

I typically ship via USPS. Depending on the piece, I may use Priority Mail (for traditional scale unpainted resins and most painted pieces) or First Class Mail (for Bantam and Micro Mini scale pieces). If you need a piece shipped via a different carrier just let me know and I am happy to work with you.

Painted and one-of-a-kind pieces are always insured, but I do not generally insure unpainted resins from editions that are still available. If an uninsured piece arrives damaged or goes missing I will work with you to replace it. Please inform me immediately if a piece arrives damaged.

Orders for Micro Minis are managed by my friend, who ships those pieces out USPS First Class mail. They generally ship on the next business day for orders to the USA. International orders may take additional time to ship as I have to drive them to the Post Office due to customs forms.

I fill out customs forms accurately. I will not mark a lower value or list merchandise as a gift.

I will send your model as soon as possible after receiving payment; it may be a week or two before I am able to send models, or longer if the model must be cast. Pieces which are in stock generally ship within 1-2 business days, but there are sometimes delays. I try to keep all available pieces in stock, but I do sometimes get bursts of orders, which may mean a delay while I wait to receive the next batch of horses from the caster.

I accept commissions for both finishwork (painting) and sculpture, including customization and original sculptures. While each commission is arranged on a case-by-case basis, I generally ask for partial payment up front, with the remainder to be paid before the horse is returned to you. Payments on commissions may be non-refundable, depending on the piece and amount of work done. I am generally happy to accept time payments on commissions, and can often arrange the time payment schedule such that time payments are completed at the same time as the model.

All Rights Reserved

I reserve all rights for reproduction of my sculptures. No reproduction or partial reproduction of a piece may occur. Most of my sculptures may be modified or resculpted in any way you wish (exceptions will be listed on the website for that particular piece; currently the only exception is for Shah Azim; please see his page for that information). However, please claim all modifications as your own. Also, no reproduction, in whole or in part, of any modified piece is allowed. I will reserve several copies of each sculpture for Artist's Choice painted pieces. These pieces may be sold on eBay or via other methods. Painted pieces may not be modified in any way without the artist's express written permission.

I reserve the right to release additional castings of a modified sculpture (ie, if the run was 100 pieces with braided manes and tails, I could release an additional 100 pieces with loose manes and tails). However, no more than the stated number of pieces will be released in one version.

All micro minis are open editions unless stated otherwise. This means that until a piece is discontinued there is no limit on the number of pieces that will be released.

My work is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year. These pieces are works of art, not toys, and should be treated with care. Avoid sudden drastic temperature changes (keep them in a climate-controlled environment) and generally be careful with them. However, I know accidents do happen, and I am willing to repair damaged pieces. The fee for repairs depends on the nature and severity of the damage. Please contact me for more information.

At this time I am not interested in any trades, sorry!

I reserve the right to change my policies at any time. As well, I reserve the right to sell pieces via whatever method I may choose.
